Mollig is knit in La Bien Aimée Corrie Worsted and Organic Brushed Alpaca by Kaos yarn. Anna introduced me to Kaos Brushed Alpaca, and I loved that yarn so much that I started selling it on my online shop straight away!
Kaos yarns offers great, affordable yarns in beautiful colors. Mollig features geometric Intarsia shapes knit in Organic Brushed Alpaca held triple. The background is knit in La Bien Aimée Corrie Worsted in colors Seaglass and Lichen. Here's what Anna had to say about Mollig:
"My designs are always inspired by nature, such as the organic shapes of leaves and berries or the texture of moss lichen on bark. When designing Mollig, I was thinking about walking in the freezing cold weather, especially in the morning, when every blade of grass and every branch is covered with a fine layer of frost."
For the pink sample, I decided to knit Brooklyn Tweed Tones, Hollyhock Overtone and Hollyhock Undertone. We're still working on those bundles, but in the meantime you can buy the "Original Lise" bundle, which substitutes LBA equivalent colors for these Brooklyn Tweed yarns!
